My boyfriend, Nick, and I had an amazing experience at Dyr. We attended an incredible 8:30am Saturday class. I appreciated the helpful demonstration and modeling from Sheri. The gym is beautiful, clean, and huge. Staff is warm and welcoming. Members were friendly too!

I have never exercised like this before. Face to face accountability and encouragement. Challenging, fluctuating exercises that don’t get boring. A very low monthly fee considering you basically get a personal trainer as many times a week you that want to show up for yourself. Group workouts are also motivating. It is a huge savings and better quality versus paying a trainer for one or two sessions for the same price. I’m glad I found this place. James, Sheri and their crew are so positive but won’t let you quit on yourself. People need more of that!

I lived in Groton just for the summer and was warmly welcomed by all the coaches and members at Dýr. The new gym is large, fully stocked with all necessary equipment, and the programming is strong (and cardio heavy). Sherri is not only a coach but can be a resource for nutritional needs, and Shannon is a rockstar coach who motivated early morning workouts. If you’re new to CrossFit or a seasoned vet, go check the gym out - everything can be scaled and you can find new ways to get strong and push yourself.

CrossFit was the workout I was looking for but didn’t know it. My daughter talked me into it, and now I love it! It’s always different and challenging. I love the coaches at Dyr CrossFit, they do a great job of pushing us, but also making sure we are practicing good form and staying safe. They also promote an environment of fun, camaraderie, and community with all members, which makes it even easier to show up and stick with it.
